Who is Sir Tim Berners-Lee?

"To imagine possibilities and make them real."

Sir Berners-Lee was chosen as the representative of 'Creativity' because he created one of the most useful and most important things that we have today - the web. Sir Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web in 1989 and founded the World Wide Consortium (W3C), the forum for technical development of the web, and still directs it today. Next time you look up something online, remember that you have Sir Tim Berners-Lee to thank.
